Nakshatras in Pisces

Uttara Bhadrapada is ruled by Saturn and presided over by Ahir Budhnya, the serpent of the deep. Its symbol is the back legs of a funeral cot: the wisdom that comes from resting on the depths.

Revati is the final nakshatra, ruled by Mercury and presided over by Pushan, the shepherd god who protects travelers and souls in transit. Its symbol is a fish swimming in the sea: safe passage to the journey's end.
