15. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. This means that after cancellation, you will continue to enjoy access to all paid features and content until the date your current subscription term expires.

Once your subscription period ends following cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier, and you will lose access to premium features and content. No refund, credit, or pro-rated reimbursement will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle. If you wish to regain access to paid features after cancellation, you will need to subscribe again at the then-current pricing.

16. Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and engaging in them may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account:
